I know firsthand what it feels like to struggle just to exist comfortably in your own body.

At my heaviest, I weighed 456 pounds — not once, but TWICE.

The 1st time was in 2011. The 2nd time was in January of 2024...

► I know what it feels like to be physically exhausted, emotionally overwhelmed, and frustrated with yourself because you know things need to change.

►I know what it's like to avoid pictures.

►To struggle with movement.

►To feel uncomfortable in your own body.

►To wonder if life is ever going to feel easier.

Eventually, I had to be brutally honest with myself.

My JOURNEY

Over the years, I've lost more than 225 pounds, regained weight, rebuilt my habits, and learned one of the most important lessons of my life:

Motivation alone is not enough.

The truth is, most people already know what they should be doing.

►Drink more water.

►Move more.

►Eat better.

►Get more sleep.

►Manage stress.

The challenge isn't KNOWLEDGE.

The challenge is CONSISTENCY.

What finally changed my life wasn't finding the perfect diet, workout plan, or shortcut.

It was learning how to consistently prioritize the habits that truly support wellness:

• Nutrition
• Hydration
• Movement
• Rest
• Mindset
• Daily habits

The small decisions we make over and over again are what ultimately shape our lives.

WHAT MOST PEOPLE
DON'T KNOW

People often think losing the weight was the hardest part... IT WASN'T!

The hardest part was:

►Learning how to keep going after setbacks.

►Learning how to stop quitting on myself.

►Learning how to rebuild trust in myself after breaking promises to myself for years.

►Learning that one bad meal doesn't ruin everything.

►Learning that one missed workout doesn't mean I've failed.

►Learning that progress and perfection are not the same thing.

That's the lesson I wish someone had taught me years ago.
